1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PicZFlip (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and Pro subscribers.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PicZFlip.
- Users between 13 and 17 years old must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service
- By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements
- If you are under 13, you are not permitted to create an account or use PicZFlip
3 Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for all activity under your account
- Create only one account per person
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at piczflip@polsia.app
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PicZFlip to:
- Create or submit fake scan results or fraudulent valuations
- List, promote, or facilitate the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute PicZFlip data or AI-generated valuations
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the AI models or algorithms
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PicZFlip uses artificial intelligence to generate Flip Scores and market valuations. These are estimates only, not financial advice or guarantees of resale value.
- Market prices fluctuate — always verify before making purchase or sale decisions
- PicZFlip is not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made based on AI valuations
- We recommend verifying on eBay Sold Listings, Poshmark, Mercari, or other marketplaces before significant purchases
- Condition, location, timing, and platform all affect actual resale value — our AI estimates these but cannot guarantee them
Flip Scores are a tool to help you make better decisions, not a guarantee of profit. Use them as one data point among many.

- You can cancel anytime — no cancellation fees

7 Intellectual Property
- The PicZFlip name, logo, brand, and all proprietary software are owned by 1522 Inc
- Photos you upload remain your property — uploading gives us a limited license to process them through our AI for the purpose of generating scan results
- We do not claim ownership of your scan results or Flip-Log data
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on PicZFlip's brand or technology without written permission
8 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing piczflip@polsia.app. Deletion removes your account and personal data within 30 days.
9 Limitation of Liability
PicZFlip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI valuations will be accurate.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
- We are not liable for financial losses from purchasing or selling decisions based on AI-generated estimates
- Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations — in those cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PicZFlip shall be resolved in the courts located in Tacoma, Washington.
