Yes. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no fees. You can cancel by emailing piczflip@polsia.app with the subject "Cancel Pro" and we'll cancel same-day. Or cancel directly through your Stripe billing portal (link in your confirmation email).

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Stripe is used by millions of businesses worldwide and is PCI-compliant.

Your account and scan history stay intact. You'll drop back to the free plan (5 scans/day). If you want your data deleted, email us at piczflip@polsia.app.

We don't offer refunds for past months, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
